Cancellation Policy

Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

Guest cancellations

Guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Any amount already paid will be refunded in full.

For cancellations made 13 to 7 days before arrival, Mariehuset will refund 50% of the total booking amount.

For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, no refund is offered.

Date changes

Date changes may be requested up to 14 days before arrival and will be accommodated subject to availability. If the new dates are more expensive, the price difference must be paid before the change is confirmed.

Cancellations by Mariehuset

If Mariehuset must cancel the stay due to circumstances on our side, guests will receive either a full refund or the option to move the booking to new available dates.

Travel to Helligvær

Guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from Helligvær. Ferry and flight delays or cancellations, missed connections, illness, or other personal travel disruptions are not grounds for refund, and we strongly recommend valid travel insurance.
